Hello. my name is Roy, and I am an artist/designer/developer living and working in Reno, NV.
Currently I am working with Lab Analytix as a lead developer on web and mobile web applications. I have been doing web design and development for the last 6 years, although my real passions in life is art and music.
I was heavily influenced by graffiti (hence, “ecsyle”) and comic books artists early on, but lately it has taken on a more surrealist and minimalistic style. Honestly though, it changes all the time. I just like drawing and have been inspired to do so. Some of the artists who have made an impact on me, both living and legends, would be Bazar 1, Reakt, Dali, Rembrandt, Keith Haring, Tycho, Alex Grey, David Best, M.C. Escher, Paul Rand, Loomit, Daim. Burning Man has been a spiritual influence, and I learned a lot watching the sun devour the sky.

Some things I want to get off my chest.
Someday I would like to draw a comic book. At least a few panels. I used to love comics for the artwork. Sam Keith and John Cassaday being a couple of my favorite artists.
I would also like to finish more than 1 canvas a year. I am going to shoot for 2 this year! Big goals there.
Lastly, lately, I have been reaching into the past for things that made me feel, well, whole. Sketchbooks that were more than burdens and blank pages, video games that were fun, and drinking more coffee after work.

Social media has ruined social interaction. That shit is bad for you. Go outside. Talk to people.
