Haven’t posted in a while
I really haven’t posted in a while, been caught up with life and work. Speaking of work I got a new job. I am now a senior developer at Exyst. Fantastic company with lots of challenges and good projects. It’s pushing me a bit to learn new technologies and new languages. I am starting to get into Adobe AIR. I am currently looking to create a web dev utility to generate css layouts based on my css templates (http://staging.ecsyle.com/CSS_TPL). Probably going to use the Yahoo User Interface Library for the controls, which is yet another tool I am learning. I am also very slowly learning python, I keep the book in my bathroom.
Lunchbox Radio is on hold. To be honest, I am not sure what I want to do with it anymore. Nicole and I keep bringing ideas up but haven’t settled on a format or goal. So for now it remains my own personal radio station. At least it gives me something to listen to at work. More on that later.
Burning Man is almost here! Can’t wait. Can’t wait. Can’t wait. Our biggest hurdle so far this year is getting shade, but now that is pretty much under control. All that is left is to pick up some survival items. This year I really want to take advantage of all the creative energy floating around and do some artwork. I have a shitload of paint and canvas that was not used at Stilldream and am aching to use it. Hopefully it won’t be too hot and we can play a bit more during the day.
